In real-world: gaming-prestaties zijn 2-4% boven 14900K, dat is meetbaar maar marginal voor de prijs-premium van €100. Voor wereld-tournament 540Hz spelers: 14900KS levert consistent FPS-floor onder cache-sensitive games. Voor casual competitive: 14900K levert genoeg voor identieke ervaring.

Het 350W turbo is de catch. 14900KS verbruikt onder full-load tot 350W (vs 250W op 14900K).
